Lecturer in parasitology at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Nancy, University of Lorraine.
PhD in Chemistry and Microbiology of water then Master of Conferences in Parasitology at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Nancy, Sandrine Banas carries out her research in a UMR CNRS / University of Lorraine, more precisely in the Laboratory of Chemistry- Physics and Microbiology for the environment.
During these courses for pharmacy students, S. Banas specializes in pathologies transmitted by ticks and more specifically in Lyme disease. It performs many public conferences on this theme and actively participates in various actions that have as objectives the prevention of the population, the advice to the patients, the improvement of the techniques of diagnosis and the therapeutic treatments.
