A very informative day !
In the morning, ILADS President’s Conference, Dr. Samuel M Shor.
He gave us a presentation based on about 200 very interesting slides. I had permission to publish them.

During the questions and answers, he explained that it is necessary to observe when a patient is better and to verify what is the result of this improvement and to take note of it. The same goes for relapses. It will also be necessary to check if the relapse is not due to an untreated co-infection.
It must also be checked whether the environment is not toxic for the patient.
Regarding the 42 ° therapy, it is very restrictive for the body and there is no guarantee that it brings a cure.
On the other hand, the sauna is strongly recommended to detoxify.
They also noted that pulsed therapy is often better tolerated and less burdensome and still produces its effects.
ILADS is putting in place a basic protocol, “How to treat Lyme disease and its co-infections,” which can be used by all doctors.

In the afternoon, there was a talk by Dr. Cécile Jadin.
His very interesting intervention included Lyme disease and its co-infections in Africa.

I had the opportunity to see again Professor Christian Perronne who had come to attend the conferences.
